Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no calls, no friction. If you're on an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
How does annual billing work?

Annual billing charges the full year upfront at a ~17% discount compared to monthly. Starter: CHF 790/yr (vs. CHF 948/yr monthly). Growth: CHF 2,490/yr (vs. CHF 2,988/yr). Professional: CHF 12,900/yr (vs. CHF 15,480/yr).
What happens when I reach my export limit?

You can still view and act on leads in the app — the limit applies only to bulk exports. If you regularly need more exports, upgrading to Growth (500/mo) or Professional (unlimited) is the right step.
What is SHAB and where does the data come from?

SHAB (Schweizerisches Handelsamtsblatt) is the Swiss federal official gazette. Every company incorporation, capital change, leadership change, relocation, and liquidation in Switzerland is legally required to be published there. We fetch it daily at 8 AM and enrich company data via Zefix, the official UID registry.
What languages is the product available in?

The entire product — UI, emails, and AI output — runs in four languages: English, Deutsch (Schweiz), Français (Suisse), and Italiano (Svizzera). Language is set per user. Switching is instant. All plans include all four languages at no extra cost.
How does the Professional team plan work?

The Professional plan is billed per account and includes 10 seats. The entire pipeline, saved leads, watchlists, and alert history are shared across all team members in a single workspace — no double-entry, no duplicated research. Additional seats can be added at CHF 109/month or CHF 1,090/year per seat.
Is my data secure?

Payment is processed securely via Stripe — we never store your card details. All data is encrypted in transit. Your ICP settings, saved leads, and pipeline data are private to your account (or shared workspace on Professional). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties.
